The varsity boys' basketball game tonight at Carver will start at 6:30 PM.
Senior pages for the yearbook are due by February 13th. Yearbook pre-orders are due by March 21st. Yearbooks are currently $65 and the price will increase to $70 in March. If you want to be guaranteed a yearbook, you must pre-order. The link is on the MHS website or reach out to Mrs. Chowning.
MHS has scheduled an administration of the SAT for juniors on Monday, March 10, 2025 at MHS. While most colleges are test optional for admissions, scores can be used to support applications and for scholarships and special programs (like Honors College). This test is ordered by the school and costs $68 payable to MHS through the Counseling office; fee waivers are available.
Please register for the test through the link on the Counseling Canvas page by Friday, January 24, 2025.
The Counseling Department is also holding a workshop about how to plan for next year's college admissions process on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 6:00 PM for students and their families.

The varsity girls' basketball game away at Carver has been cancelled tomorrow night. The home JV boys' basketball game against Carver has been cancelled tomorrow night. The home varsity boys' basketball game starts at 6:00 PM tomorrow. Senior athletes from band, cheer, and football will be recognized at halftime.
Hi Junior Class Families-
I am the junior class sponsor and our big job this year as the junior class is to sponsor prom. This includes fundraising🙂
One opportunity we can take advantage of is to run concessions during the basketball games. There are 14 basketball events and if we cover all the games we could earn $1400 to put towards prom.
Here is where we ask you for help. For each game, we need to have a minimum of two workers (three would be best) including one adult.
Please reply to this email or call me with any dates you would be able to work. I will take the responses and then let you know what days we could use your help. If you haven't done concessions before, I can walk you through what is expected.

Good afternoon. Since the football game during which we were going to recognize our seniors did not take place, senior night for band, cheer, and football will be Tuesday, December 17th between the JV and varsity basketball games. Families need to be in the gym by 6:00 PM.
